Stephen Pearcy reveals Solo Album's Title


According to Blabbermouth.net news, "Suckerpunch" will be the title of Ratt's singer Stephen Pearcy's new solo album, and the very first single is "Don't Want To Talk About" - released digitally via iTunes today (Tuesday, May 3).

In late 2010 he announced that Ratt wont do anything until at least 2012, with him. Pearcy left Ratt after releasing one gold and four platinum albums with the band,in February 1992 and formed a band called Arcade with former Cinderella drummer Fred Coury.Arcade released a self-titled album in 1993 and another album the following year. In 1996, Pearcy dabbled with an industrial metal band called Vertex (with Megadeth's Al Pitrelli and drummer / electronic producer Hiro Kuretani). Pearcy reunited with Ratt in 1997, only to leave the band for a second time in 2000 on the eve of a tour due to differences over financial allocation amongst band members.

In addtition to his latest solo, he has released 4 albums by his own name since 2000 - Social Intercourse, Fueler, Stripped and Under My Skin. Latest release with the Ratt was Infestation last year
